Beef Sales - Farm to Freezer
From our farm to your freezer, we are there every step of the way to insure that you have purchased the finest beef available.
•Raised on our farm from birth to slaughter
•100% black angus beef
•USDA inspected
•Healthy, no hormones added
Cattle are pasture raised and supplemented with a corn diet the last 150 days before slaughter.
All beef is hung and dry-aged 4 to 6 weeks to allow enzymes time to further break down the meat and increase tenderness. It is then butchered, vacuum packed, and frozen.

Burke Christmas Tree Farm Working Farms Lee

The Burkes have been growing Christmas trees on their farm for about 16 years and have been selling them for the past 9 years. Each year beginning the day after Thanksgiving, customers may browse three acres of Christmas trees on the farm and select and cut their favorite. Handsaws are provided, and trees can be netted. Burkes offer a variety of well groomed trees including Fraser firs, Norway spruce, white pines and Leyland cypress.
